When the sun rises, a breakfast meal is being prepared somewhere. The Chosen Mother is an amazing smoothie that enhances a person’s amino acids. With healthy fats, freshly prepared greens, and a kick of mint, a mother ready for labor would definitely enjoy this special recipe. Enjoy The Chosen Mother.

  • 1 3/4 cups of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon of flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 handful of kale leaves
  • 1 handful of (frozen or fresh) spinach leaves
  • 1/4 chopped cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons of cranberries
  • 1/4 peeled and pitted avocado
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen or fresh banana


Place all of the ingredients into a blender in the order as listed. Blend until completed and serve immediately.


Amino acids are great for when feeling fatigued

Frozen strawberries can be replaced with mangos or peaches

Cranberries can be substituted with Medojool dates
