Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup of almond milk, orange juice, or coconut
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 handful of small mints
- 1-in piece of freshly peeled ginger
- 1 peeled mango or peach
- 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries
- half cup of ice cubes
Steps
Place all of the ingredients into a blender in the order as listed. Blend until completed and serve immediately.
Tips
Chai seeds are great to add for additional source of protein and omegas. Vanilla is an amazing antioxidant
