Drink Description

  • 1 1/4 cup of almond milk, orange juice, or coconut
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 handful of small mints
  • 1-in piece of freshly peeled ginger
  • 1 peeled mango or peach
  • 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries
  • half cup of ice cubes


Place all of the ingredients into a blender in the order as listed. Blend until completed and serve immediately.


Chai seeds are great to add for additional source of protein and omegas. Vanilla is an amazing antioxidant
