Drink Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon natural protein powder (Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies -n- Cream, or Strawberry)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 a head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon of spirulina
  • 1/2 of tangerine / orange
  • 3 handfuls of frozen blueberries

Steps

Place all of the ingredients into a blender in the order as listed. Blend until completed and serve immediately.

Tips

Orange can be substituted with pineapples

1/4 of an avocado, peeled and pitted can be added (if preferred)

Spirulina contains 26x the calcium of milk

Spirulina is high in nutrients
