- 1 1/2 cups coconut or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of hemp oil
- 1 handful of freshly sliced strawberries (or frozen)
- 1 handful of fresh blueberries (or frozen)
- 1 handful of fresh raspberries (or frozen)
Steps
Place all of the ingredients into a blender in the order as listed. Blend until completed and serve immediately.
