Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp oil
  • 1 handful of freshly sliced strawberries (or frozen)
  • 1 handful of fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • 1 handful of fresh raspberries (or frozen)

Steps

Place all of the ingredients into a blender in the order as listed. Blend until completed and serve immediately.

Tips

Additional or replacements to add: Oranges, Kiwis, Spinach
