Prep Time (Minutes)
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 2 tablespoon of flaxseeds
- 3 tablespoon of hemp seeds
- 1/4-in slice of red chili
- 1/2 peeled lime
- 1 handful full of chopped mangoes
- a handful of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
Place all of the ingredients into a blender in the order as listed. Blend until completed and serve immediately.
