Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of mixed berries
  • 1 cup of cantaloupe
  • 1 cup of sliced mangoes into small squares/rectangles
  • 1/2 cup of kiwi (sliced) * 1 cup of (red or green) grapes
  • 1 cup of sliced (red or green) apples
  • 1 cup of freshly sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup of granola chunks (you choice of flavor)
  • 3/4 cup of greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

Steps

1. Combine mixed berries, cantaloupe, strawberries, mangoes, grapes.

2. Combine apples, kiwi, homey, yogurt, nutmeg and granola chunks in blender or food process.

3. Spread fruit dressing of your choice over the fruit mixture and yogurt as a top coat.

4. Serve was completed. This serving is equipped for a group setting.

Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Parfaits

Description

The Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Parfaits is a delicious serving that could be of dessert for yourself and maybe even a serving with your loved ones. It is topped with whipped cream, granola chunks, a sweet lavish taste of strawberries and, bananas! Enjoy our Strawberry-Banana Cheesecake Parfait.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup of whipped cream cheese, chilled
  • 1 full tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 full banana (Slice into small slices)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup of granola chunks
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Steps

1. Combine thoroughly with a spoon the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla extract, powdered sugar in a small container or bowl until mixed well.

2. Combine granola and strawberries

3. In 4 dessert servings, insert first layer of 1/4 cup of yogurt/cream cheese mixture, 1/4 cup of granolas and strawberries in the steps listed.

4. Complete step 3 for the other servings.

5. Serve once completed

Tips

* Granolas can be replaced with Vanilla Waffles or graham crackers.

Triple Fruit Ice Cream Sandwich

Description

The Triple Fruit Ice Cream Sandwiches is a recipe that was inspired by a fitness client that loves eating ice cream and Vanilla Waffles. She recommended that I try it and I insisted that I must add some flavor to it. So I would like to provide you all with the options of trying three different types of fruits to include one of each type of fruit on your fruit ice cream sandwich. Enjoy this delicious serving.

Ingredients

  • 10 sugar-free vanilla or almond-flavored cookies
  • 1 ripped banana, peeled and slice into thinned layered slices
  • 4-5 fresh strawberries (slice in halves)
  • 1/2 apple (green/red) slice into 5-6 slices
  • 1/2 cup fat-free no-sugar added vanilla ice cream (or any preferred ice cream of your choice)

Steps

1. Place 5 cookies on its top layer on the surface and smooth side faced up.

2. Spoon each cookie soft layer evenly with a few slices of bananas, a few with sliced strawberries, and a few with the sliced apples.

3. Quickly, but smoothly, top each of the layered cookie with 1 full tablespoon of ice cream.

4. Top with a cookie to complete the fruit ice cream sandwich.

5. Consider to freeze for 20-30 minutes or serve straight.

* You can use various fruit spreads of your choice or try to use different fruit variations like pears, peaches, pineapples, and more to name a few.

Peaches Cream Bowl

Our Peaches Cream Bowl is a deluxe sweet and treats edition of sliced peaches with a bowl of fat-free no-sugar added vanilla ice cream that can also be substituted with frozen yogurt. Ingredients

  • 1 can of peaches or 1/2 cup of frozen peaches
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup of fat-free no-sugar vanilla ice cream (or a flavor that you desire). Ice cream can replaced with frozen yogurt as well.
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1/4 cup of canned peach juice or unsweet apple juice

Steps

1. Open canned or bag of frozen peaches

2. Use a small bowl or container and a microwave to heat for 30 seconds by adding peaches in the bowl or container with 1 teaspoon of butter.

3. Combine peach juice (or unsweetened apple juice) with brown sugar and cinnamon in a small container or bowl.

4. Stir each of the items together (peaches/butter/cinnamon/brown sugar)

5. Serve with bowl of ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Tips

* Additional toppings to go with this serving that you may consider: – sprinkles – chopped peanuts – chocolate syrup – sugar-free caramel & more.

Strawberry-Banana Split Bites

  • 8 fresh strawberries
  • 1 ripe medium banana and cut into 16 slices
  • 16 frozen mini phyllo tart shells, thawed
  • 3 tablespoons (your choice) sugar-free caramel, raw honey, or chocolate syrup
  • 1 can of chilled sugar free whipped topping
  • 1 cup of frozen yogurt (option to top each shell)

Steps

1. Insert one slice of cut banana into each tart shell.

2. Place 3/4 teaspoon (raw honey, sugar-free caramel, or chocolate syrup. on top of each banana slice (you can select qualities that you want with different coverings. Ex: 4 with chocolate syrup, 8 with caramel, 4 with honey).

3. Place slice of strawberry on top of each serving.

4. 1 tablespoon with whipped topping (whipped cream).

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour before serving.

Tips

* This dessert can be mixed with different fruits of your choice.

* You can even add sprinkles.

* You can also consider to replace the frozen yogurt with a tablespoon of ice cream.

Apple-Grahams is a cool recipe that provides great nutrients and is fulfilling on a picnic type pf day. This serving would be a great lunch snack if you have kids and looking for a easy fix while packing their lunch. Enjoy The Apple-Grahams

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 4-6 whole cinnamon graham crackers (prepare enough for the party size that you intend)
  • 5 teaspoons strawberry or raspberry fruit spread
  • 1 apple (red or green), halved, cored and cut into 18-20 slices

Steps

1. Evenly separate the whole Graham crackers into individual pieces.

2. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese evenly on each Graham cracker.

3. Spread 1 teaspoon of strawberry or raspberry fruit spread on top of each Graham cracker

4. Arrange each Graham cracker with 4 apple slices over the fruit spread.

5. Serve once prepared.

Tips

* Recommended to not let sit in heat

* You can also try using different fruits such as: pears, peaches, strawberries, mango slices, or even pineapples.
